Remove as much clutter
from each room to be cleaned as possible. The more stuff you get out of the way, the more detailed cleaning we can provide.
Kitchen
Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
Cabinet
front dusted and wiped down (done on forst cleaning and maintained at every other cleaning)
Sinks
scrubbed and sanitized
Exterior of appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop)
wiped down and cleaned
Small appliances wiped off
Floor vacuumed
and washed (Dyson and microfiber mop)
Windowsills cleaned and wiped off
Baseboards
wiped off and dusted (done on 1st cleaning and maintained as needed)
Fingerprints and smudges
removed from all light switches/plates, door frames and wood
Trash emptied (IF REQUESTED)
Dust table and chairs, cleaned as needed
Cobwebs removed
Bathrooms
Tub/shower,
tiles and doors thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Sink and faucets wiped down, cleaned and sanitized
Stool cleaned and sanitized- front/back/top/bottom/inside and out
Mirrors wiped off
Cobwebs removed
Vanity wiped off (all items are removed and replaced)
Baseboards wiped off and dusted (done on 1st cleaning and maintained as needed)
Vacuum
and wash floor
Trash Emptied (IF REQUESTED)
Bedrooms
All areas dusted
Pictures/Artwork/Frames Etc dusted and or wiped off
Mirrors wiped off
Baseboards wiped off and dusted (done on 1st cleaning and maintained
as needed)
Cobwebs removed
Beds made (Only if requested)
Linens changed (IF REQUESTED, $10.00 FEE, old sheets removed and new sheets placed on the bed)
Floor vacuumed
Lamps and lamp shades wiped down and dusted
Fingerprints
and smudges removed from all wood, doorframes, light switches/plates
Other Areas,
Office, Rec Room, Stairs, Hallways, Den, ETC
Everything dusted and
wiped down
Vacuum and or wash floor
Cobwebs removed
Glass tables cleaned
Wooden furniture cleaned and or polished
Clocks,
mirrors, art, fames, decor dusted and wiped down

Trash is
only emptied IF you request it to be done. This is the same for making the beds and or changing the sheets. Thank

If you have a shedding pet or multiple pets, living in your home, we may charge an extra fee at each cleaning for
the time and effort it takes to rid of the pet hair and dander. Furniture, flooring etc.
